These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Football Tactica, including the tactical board, player database, cloud save, subscriptions, and share-link features.

1. Acceptance of Terms

  • By accessing or using Football Tactica, you agree to these Terms of Use.
  • If you use the service on behalf of a club, school, team, or organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for that organization.

2. The Service

  • Football Tactica provides tools for creating soccer tactics, arranging players, managing player labels, animating phases, and sharing tactic URLs.
  • We may update, improve, limit, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service as the product evolves.

3. Accounts and Security

  • Some features require an account, including cloud saves, subscription features, and share-link management.
  • You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under your account.
  • You must provide accurate account information and may not impersonate another person or organization.

4. User Content

  • You retain ownership of tactics, player names, labels, routes, phases, and other content you create.
  • You grant Football Tactica a limited license to host, store, process, display, and transmit your content as needed to operate the service.
  • You are responsible for ensuring that your content does not violate privacy, intellectual property, school, club, league, or other applicable rules.

5. Shared Tactic URLs

  • A shared tactic URL can be viewed by anyone who has the link, including unregistered users.
  • Do not include confidential team information, personal data, or sensitive player details in content you share publicly.
  • We may disable shared links that appear to violate these terms, create security risk, or exceed plan limits.

6. Subscriptions and Plan Limits

  • Free and paid plans may have different limits for saved tactics, shared links, storage, or future collaboration features.
  • Paid subscriptions are processed by our payment provider and may renew according to the terms shown at checkout.
  • We may change plan features or pricing with reasonable notice where required.

7. Acceptable Use

  • You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with availability, scrape at scale, or reverse engineer protected parts of the product.
  • You may not upload or share unlawful, harmful, abusive, discriminatory, or infringing content.
  • The service is intended for tactical planning, coaching, education, and team communication, not for storing highly sensitive personal information.

8. Disclaimers

  • Football Tactica is provided on an as-is and as-available basis.
  • We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every coaching or competitive use case.
  • Tactical decisions, player development, and match outcomes remain your responsibility.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Football Tactica and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
  • Our total liability for any claim related to the service will be limited to the amount you paid for the service during the twelve months before the claim, or the minimum amount allowed by applicable law.

10. Changes to These Terms

  • We may update these Terms of Use from time to time.
  • If changes are material, we will provide notice through the service or another reasonable method.
  • Continued use of the service after changes become effective means you accept the updated terms.
